Dr. Ali Akbar Jalali (member of Board of Trustees of the Institute) PhD from the University of West Virginia America, Professor University of Science and Technology and the father of information technology in Iran, in a letter by Mr. Peter Wells, Head of the Division of Higher Education UNESCO's UNESCO has declared his term agreements for seats UNESCO hosted e-learning was sent to Mehralbors.
UNESCO within the framework of twin seats are academic networks, regional bodies that scientific work on a specific topic. UNESCO Chair of a new unit can be used as educational or research in a university or academic institution for a period of four years the research in the field of higher education will be formed. According to the UNESCO Chair in Education and e-learning Mehralborz activities are soon to begin. The seats in addition to other purposes, will attempt to higher education enthusiasts using open, online and flexible to achieve "Education for All" in Iranian society to be able to pay more international exchanges. These ideals by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) expressed in June 2015. The efforts of Professor Abbas Bazargan to establish a UNESCO Chair of e-learning in Mehralborz Appreciation get into action. We hope after the official opening of the seats, all centers of universities, higher education centers and members of Faculty interested in this field in the country can finally created the capacity to undergo operation
