Getting to know the strategic plan of Mehralborz, Future University

Strategic planning determines the goals of the organization according to its mission. It also identifies opportunities and threats, strengths and weaknesses through environmental studies. Based on the findings of those studies, it determines and implements more effective strategies. The e-learning system has expanded under the influence of the spread of the Covid-19 virus, but the establishment of an effective e-learning system as an educational system in our country still faces obstacles. Naturally, strict adherence to the world’s desirable standards in the field of e-learning implies the provision of educational and research services at all educational levels and in all places, and for all social and age groups. This requires investment and special attention from higher education system officials and universities to the development of e-learning.

Obviously, this opportunity should be seized and focused on the efficiency and effectiveness of electronic learning more than in the past. Mehralborz, as the first fully electronic higher education center, developed its strategic plans in line with the previous development plans, in the form of the third strategic plan in the five-year horizon (2021-2026) using the experiences of the past periods and also examining the opportunities and threats, strengths. and weakness, in line with excellence and continuous improvement of the quality of e-learning services and the development of the institution as a learning organization. It is hoped that by benefiting from expert professors and capable experts, we will take effective steps in the development of electronic learning and the education of students and applicants for learning.

What is the distinguishing feature of Mehralborz Electronic University?

The distinguishing feature of a university that provides educational services in the electronic space with other face-to-face universities is the quality, capability, and variety of educational services, the availability of educational resources, appropriate economic efficiency, and facilitating the learning process.

A virtual university has the ability to offer various courses in compliance with all the components and with the desired quality for a large number of its audience (from all walks of life). In addition, it can guarantee a complete cycle of education and learning with the feature of always and everywhere availability.

Based on this, Mehralborz Institute of Higher Education has been able to take essential steps to develop its educational and research programs by compiling the first and second development programs. What has been done in Mehr Alborz in the past years is based on two development and strategic plans. By drawing a specific ten-year road map, vision, mission, and strategies of the institution until the year 1400 and by organizing an annual action plan, he provided the necessary arrangements for its realization.
